A short, plain-English summary of how we handle your data.
We collect the minimum data needed to operate CheapVerifier: account info (name, email, billing details), the email addresses you submit for verification, and operational logs (IP, request metadata) for fraud and abuse prevention.
Your data powers your account: running verifications, sending receipts, and supporting you when you ask for help. We never sell or rent customer data.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Verification results are stored in our database for the duration needed to power your reports and audits.
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Verification results and uploaded lists are removed within 30 days of deletion. Some billing records are retained as required by law.
We use a small set of vetted subprocessors for payments (Stripe), error reporting, and email delivery. We do not transfer customer data to other parties without your consent.
