The rules of the road for using CheapVerifier.
You agree to use CheapVerifier only for legitimate, lawful purposes. You may not submit lists you don't own or have permission to verify, run abusive volume against our infrastructure, or use the service to power spam, harassment, or fraud.
Credits are charged at the rate posted at the time of purchase. One-time credits never expire. Monthly credits roll over only as described in your plan. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices or activity that violates these terms.
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used or partially used credits are non-refundable. Disputes can be raised in writing to support@cheapverifier.com.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for downstream losses caused by service interruptions, third-party outages, or your own deliverability practices.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We will retain billing records as required by law and remove customer data on the timeline described in our privacy policy.
These terms may be updated to reflect material product or legal changes. We'll notify you via email and post the new version with the change date.
